Botley Road is closing for works 11 July to 20 July 2024 19:00 to 06:00am Weeknights. The times may change, the workers when ever possible will allow vehicular access to the Village Hall.

Pedestrians will be able to walk to the Village hall as normal.

 

New committee members required.

Our meetings are on the third Wednesday each month at 7pm.

  8. Details of Representative Members (one from up to seven hirers)

  10. Trustees to be confirmed at next Management meeting

 New members are being sought for the committee. The duties are not onerous as we meet once per month. Some of the organisations that hire the hall are already represented on the committee, we would welcome representatives from the organisations that hire the hall but do not have a representative yet.

Members of the public are welcome to attend the AGM.
